Hagen is an A.S.E. and BMW level 1 certified service consultant. Hagen has been in the automotive customer service business for 28 years. He has been with the BMW of Dayton for 6 of those years. In his spare time he enjoys traveling with his family and riding his motorcycle. Hagen will be more than happy to set your service reservation and assist you with your service needs.
