ALWAYS USE GENUINE BMW OEM PARTS. ONLY BMW ORIGINAL PARTS PERFORM LIKE YOU NEED THEM TO - AND MAINTAIN THE QUALITY OF YOUR BMW.

Lifetime limited warranty parts coverage is applied to eligible parts that a customer purchased on or after December 1st, 1998. These parts are:

1. Shock Absorbers
2. Strut Assemblies and Inserts
3. Mufflers
4. New and Remanufactured Starters
5. New and Remanufactured Water Pumps
6. New and Remanufactured Alternators
   

This is a great program! Lifetime coverage for the part? That will certainly keep your maintenance costs down. We're just sorry that there's nothing we can do about gas prices.

Eligible BMW Parts:

1 to 24 months old (BMW Original Parts Warranty Coverage)

• These parts are covered by the BMW Original Parts Warranty for the
  first 2 years, with no mileage cap!
• The repair or replacement of a defective eligible part, including labor, will be
  performed without charge to the customer.

25 months or older (Lifetime Limited Parts Warranty Coverage)

• The replacement of an eligible part is still covered!
• The cost of labor to replace an eligible part is, at this point, the responsibility of the customer.

What Isn't Covered?

You might not have been expecting to see that headline, but here at BMW of Dayton we believe in transparency. That's why we're a CARFAX #1-Rated Dealership!

This warranty does not cover:

• Any damage that is the result of negligence or poor driving
• Damages that occur after parts modification. BMW parts are well-designed and well-made, but we cannot guarantee their performance after a modification.
• Parts not installed by a BMW center. If a trained technician does not install you part, then we can't know that it was done correctly. Luckily for Xenia drivers, our service center would be pleased to help you with that!
• Parts used in racing vehicles. Due to the high stress of such situations, we cannot guarantee parts used for this purpose.
